Wild About Birds, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to environmental education, conservation and preservation of habitats for the benefit of Florida's birds and other wildlife. We have been involved in Raptor Rescue and Rehabilitation since 2001, and offer educational programs with live birds throughout Volusia, Flagler and Brevard County, Florida. Our programs meet State Standards and can be tailored to meet your needs, whether in a classroom setting, large assembly, outdoors or for a special event.
Our "Wings and Things" Programs feature Katie Belle, an American Kestrel, Mr. Frodo, an Eastern Screech Owl, MoHawk, a Red Tailed Hawk, and Miko, a Barred Owl. These birds travel the countryside spreading the word about the importance of protecting our Wild Florida and all its inhabitants.
